Last Interceptor to Los Angeles is the second video filmed yet it has become
the first release from "Red Ember Films." Last Interceptor to Los Angeles shows in detail a replica movie car
constructed in Perth Australia by Gordon Hayes and Grant Hodgson.
Essentially the video is a guided tour of the Interceptor replica. However the video is laced with short clips of both the featured Los Angeles
replica and Gordon's former personal replica Interceptor. Gordon's personal replica
commenced construction way back in 1982. Only with the arrival of the Internet era was the replica completed. Since that first replica Gordon and
Grant have built more replicas and with this building experience came an
improved accuracy. The Los Angeles replica's uncanny accuracy is well demonstrated in this video.
For action fans the short clip early in the video heralds the possibility of
more to follow in future installments. Of this independent video co-replica builder and presenter
Gordon Hayes freely admits that this film is a hoped lead-in for more advanced projects.
But with that said Last Interceptor to Los Angeles remains a great in-sight
into a rare and famous movie vehicle painstakingly researched, assembled and
filmed "Down Under" in Australia.
Last Interceptor to Los Angeles is a must have for all movie car fans and
"muscle" car fans in general.
