• The seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to buy.

• The seller is not responsible for any domestic costs incurred by the buyer.

• Domestic cost include any country specific terms of release / import duties / tariffs / fees and any arrival at destination or in transit storage charges that might be incurred.

• The agreed selling price at the date of sale ends the commercial obligation of the seller to the buyer.

      It is the obligation of the buyer to obtain information and understanding relating to the country of destination terms of release / import duties / tariffs / fees and any arrival at destination or in transit storage charges that might be incurred.

      The selling price of the item covers the purchase of the item alone, the selling price does not in any way, and should not be interpreted in any way as coverage of any shipping charges or terms of release / import duties / tariffs / fees and any arrival at destination or in transit storage charges that might be incurred.
