These machines we build
are not just "mock-up's” or "look-a-likes" but
"fair dinkum" movie authentic high performance vehicles. Based
on the Australian XB Falcon coupe, the replicas are the living, driving
image of the film Interceptor. The
replica cars are constructed in conjunction with a full shell up rebuild
so the delivery of a streetable and reliable replica will allow safe and
unbelievably recognizable motoring. Street Heat photographer Ric
McDowell commented following an aborted magazine photo shoot of a
replica. (The shoot was abandoned and relocated onto private
land due to the influx of the public). "I have been photographing high performance cars for years I have never seen a public reaction like that, people were awestruck. I have photographed exotic vehicles such as Lamborghinis and Ferraris. I have photographed everything you can think of, although I have never abandoned a photo shot before. I have just never seen a public reaction anything like that." |
